Welcome to The Urban Samburu. By accessing or using our website, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Products

We take care to ensure that all product descriptions, images, colours, dimensions and details are as accurate as possible.

As many of our pieces are handmade or individually sourced, slight variations may occur. Product availability is subject to change without notice.

Orders & Payment

An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order where an item is unavailable, incorrectly priced or where we are unable to fulfil the order. If payment has already been received, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Pieces

Some products are available on a pre-order or made-to-order basis. Estimated lead times are provided on the relevant product page.

Production and delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally change due to circumstances beyond our control. Customers will be notified of significant delays.

Because these pieces are produced or sourced specifically for an order, cancellations or changes may not be possible once production or sourcing has commenced.

Delivery

Delivery fees are separate from the product price unless otherwise stated.

The shipping rate displayed at checkout may be shown as a placeholder. The final delivery fee is confirmed before dispatch based on package weight and delivery location.

Our team will contact you with the final delivery fee before dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection or personal preference.

If an item arrives defective, damaged or incorrect, please contact us promptly after delivery with details and photographs of the issue. We will review the matter and, where applicable, arrange a suitable resolution.

For handmade pieces, variations in colour, texture, pattern and finish are natural characteristics of the craftsmanship and are not considered defects.

For pre-loved and vintage pieces, minor signs of age, wear or character may be present and are part of the nature of the item. These are not considered defects where they have been accurately represented in the product description or images.

Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are subject to change without notice. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been confirmed and paid for.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for delays or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including artisan production delays, shipping delays, customs delays or other unforeseen circumstances.
